My Story
I came from critical care.
On purpose.
Before I ever picked up a syringe for aesthetics, I spent years as a nurse in the Vanderbilt Trauma ICU — where the stakes were as high as it gets. I learned anatomy in ways most injectors never will. I learned to think fast, stay calm under pressure, and never, ever take shortcuts.
In 2018, I made the pivot to aesthetics. Not because I was running away from critical care, but because I found something that let me combine clinical precision with a different kind of impact — helping people feel confident and cared for in a way that lasts.
I trained under Joshua Davis, RN for six months before doing my first injection. And I've never stopped learning since — advanced anatomy, thread techniques, biostimulators, energy devices. If it helps my patients, I want to know it deeply.
In 2021, I founded Phi Aesthetics in Franklin, Tennessee. Solo, boutique, and unapologetically patient-first. Every person I see gets me — my full attention, my full clinical judgment, and a treatment plan that actually makes sense for their face and their life.

2006–2014
BSN & Early Nursing Career
Built a foundation in clinical care and developed the anatomy knowledge that informs every injection I do today.
2014–2018
Vanderbilt Trauma ICU
Preceptor, Relief Staff Leader, CRRT management. The most intense and formative years of my clinical career.
2018
Aesthetics Training
6-month residency under Joshua Davis, RN — hands-on immersion in facial anatomy, neurotoxin, and dermal filler.
2021
Phi Aesthetics Founded
Opened my boutique practice in Franklin, TN. Solo, by design — because I never wanted to be the provider who rushes.
2026
Expanded to Wellness Medicine
Partnered with Dr. Eric Beyer, MD of RESUSRX® to add hormone optimization, weight loss, and peptide therapy for patients who want the full picture.

Clinical Rigor
I approach every treatment like the ICU nurse I used to be. Anatomy matters. Safety margins matter. Knowing what not to do is as important as knowing what to do.

If you don't need it, I'll say so. If there's a better option for your goals, I'll tell you. I'm not in the business of treating people who don't need treating.

When I decided to expand Phi into hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy, I wasn't willing to partner with just anyone. I needed a physician whose clinical standards matched mine — someone who actually reads the research, treats every patient individually, and doesn't take shortcuts. Dr. Eric Beyer, MD is that person.
Dr. Beyer graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Microbiology and Macrobiology — before going on to complete medical school at Florida State University, where he served as Vice President of his medical class. He then completed a 3-year emergency medicine residency at Emory University, one of the most rigorous training programs in the country.
He currently practices emergency medicine — which means he understands the human body at its most critical, and brings that same precision and urgency to proactive health optimization. His passion has always been body kinetics, longevity, and helping people actually reach their goals — not just managing symptoms.
As the founder of RESUSRX®, Dr. Beyer personally manages every hormone, weight loss, and peptide patient who comes through Phi. This isn't a referral to a random telehealth platform. You get direct access to an MD who is actively invested in your outcomes.
