Phi Aesthetics does not sell your information or personal data to third parties. We do pass on names and personal data on to companies fulfilling your product orders, such as skin care. We also use names gathered from customers/clients to send promotional information directly from Phi Aesthetics.

We do not retain your credit card numbers used for retainers or purchases.

We are not responsible for use of names by companies that fulfill your orders for skin care products.

Any photos of clients that appear on our website are placed with permission of the client.

We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
